Terms and Conditions

These terms have been designed to safeguard our business ethics, and to help us maintain an efficient and professional service for our clients. Please note that all bookings must be made over the phone, text or via email. You may only place reservations and communicate with us in English. All contracts between us will be finalized in English. The clients acknowledge and expressly agree to the following policies, terms and conditions and further expressly authorize.


Note: We reserve the right not to proceed a route, when proceeding the route may place the vehicle and/or its patrons in an unsafe situation.



By reserving with The Chauffeur Indy a deposit is not required, however service must be paid in full the same day of the service. The agreed price is the price to be paid for the journey as agreed between The Chauffeur Indy and you the Client. Any changes, including additional pick up or drop off points, may result in additional costs to the customer. Any additional cost will be notified to you at the time the requested changes are accepted by us. Rates are invoiced, including, applicable fees and tolls, any current Fuel Surcharge(s) and chauffeur gratuities are not included in the price above and is at your sole discretion.



a. All bookings are confirmed by simply agreeing to the terms of reservations. Full payment is due on the day of service. No deposit is required as long as the service does not exceed $500.00. Any  service that exceeds $500 will require a 5% non-refundable deposit. Deposits are non-refundable, since our vehicles are locked in from accepting other booking demands when a reservation is made. 


b.The balance due on any deposit will be processed on the day of service. We do not accept cheques or foreign currency as final payment on the day of the hire unless agreed in advance. Settlement of the agreed price in advance by cheque or electronic transfer must allow adequate time for funds to be cleared before the date of service. 


Cancellation of Reservation

a) Should you cancel your reservation then the deposit paid is non-refundable. Additionally if service is paid in advance and service is canceled with less than 24 (twenty-four) hours notice the full agreed price is non-refundable.  To cancel a reservation please call the office directly. All refunds that are made within the required time frame will be refunded by check within 30 days of cancelation.


b) * PLEASE NOTE - if you fail to show up or/and do not notify us of a cancellation, we will charge you for the full price agreed. This will be charged to your credit card on file or you will be invoiced the cost for payment.


Cancellation By Us- We reserve the right to cancel the chauffeur service reservation between us if:

a) the client doesn't accept our terms and conditions and/or refuses to make a deposit payment and/or the deposit fail to clear,

b) we do not operate in your area, or

c) one or more of the vehicles you have booked no longer will be able to cover your reservation.  If we do cancel your Chauffeur service reservation we will notify you by e-mail or phone and we will re-credit your account with any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event by check within 30 days of cancellation. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.


Supplied Vehicles

We will endeavor to provide the vehicle requested by you. In the unlikely event that we are unable to do so, we reserve the right to provide a substitute vehicle of similar type and capacity. You will be informed in advance. The inside of the car will be cleaned and replenished as necessary between these hires. Also, Unless you have opted for a continual hire agreement, other customers may have hired the vehicle before or after the outward or inbound legs of your journey. 



In the unlikely event of a breakdown or the car being rendered unserviceable (for example, in the event of collision) we will use our best effort to provide a back up vehicle or vehicles as quickly as possible. However, we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss incurred as a result of vehicle breakdown or similar unavailability.


Airport Drop Offs / Pickups

Full flight details help us to give you punctual service. We will make reasonable attempts to monitor incoming flight times. If your flight is delayed, either outbound or inbound you should make contact immediately with the Chauffeur Indy to notify us, so that we can adjust our schedules and rearrange chauffeurs to accommodate, but cannot be held liable should circumstances prevent us from being able to respond to changes.

Wait Time

Wait time is not charged for commercial flights or point to point unless customers choose to deviate from proceeding to the stated customer/chauffeur meeting location. In such instances with no communication, customers are permitted thirty (30) minutes of wait time after the scheduled pickup time. Wait time beyond thirty (30) minutes will result in charges equal to the transfer base rate plus the hourly ($100hr) rate prorated in fifteen (15) minute intervals.

Pets and Service Animals

Animals may only be transported in a kennel or soft-sided pet container.  In the event damage occurs to the vehicle, caused by the animal, a damage and/or cleaning fee may be charged.  For passengers with disabilities traveling with a service animal, the animal does not require being transported in a kennel or soft-sided pet container. Client is responsible for paying for any damages their pet may cause to the vehicle.


Child Safety Seat

For safety reasons of providing age and weight appropriate equipment, Chauffeur Indy does not provide child safety or booster seats. However, customers may provide and install their own child safety or booster seats.


Damages, subsequent cost of repair of such damages to the vehicle hired as used by the client and/or your guests however caused is your responsibility. Additionally, in the event that one of the parties is sick or soils in the vehicle we will invoice the client $300.00 for detailing services. 

Lost Property

We are not responsible for articles lost, stolen, damaged, or left in our vehicles. You expressly waive any and all notice from The Chauffeur Indy service regarding any lost, stolen, damaged or belongings left in our vehicles, or the disposal of the same. Please check for your belongings before leaving the vehicle.




As a responsible Operator of Chauffeur Service, we at the  Chauffeur Indy  are committed to ZERO tolerance on Drugs & Alcohol.
